On June 25, 2026, the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union was successfully held at the National Convention Center, bringing together nearly 790 official delegates representing more than 21.6 million youth union members and young people in Vietnam and abroad.
Guided by the theme “Resilience, Innovation, Aspiration and Leadership for the Future,” the Congress reviewed the achievements of the 2022–2026 term and set strategic priorities for the next five years, reaffirming the pioneering role, sense of responsibility and aspirations of Vietnamese youth in the country’s new era of development.
