On the morning of June 27, 2026, the Rally to Launch the 2026 National Drug Prevention Action Month was held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in Hanoi. Broadcast from the central venue, the event was joined simultaneously by 33 provinces and centrally governed cities, together with 3,312 communes, wards and special administrative zones across the country, demonstrating a unified commitment from central to local authorities in the fight against drug related crime.

On June 25, 2026, the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union was successfully held at the National Convention Center, bringing together nearly 790 official delegates representing more than 21.6 million youth union members and young people in Vietnam and abroad.

Vietnam Press Expo 2026 officially opened on June 19, 2026, at the Hai Phong Convention and Performance Center, launching a three day event held from June 19 to 21. As a national gathering of Vietnam's press community, the event celebrated the 101st anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

Held on June 7 and 8, 2026, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers’ Union was successfully convened under the theme “Unity, Democracy, Breakthrough, Cooperation and Development.”

From June 3 to 5, 2026, the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress was held at the National Convention Center in Hanoi. As a major political event for the Vietnamese working class and the Trade Union organization, the Congress marked the beginning of a new stage of development driven by high expectations and a shared vision for innovation.

On the evening of April 24, 2026, Nguyen Van Linh Square in Pho Hien, Hung Yen came alive with a large-scale public awareness art program on drug prevention and control under the theme “Hung Yen – A Clear Blue Summer, For a Drug-Free Community.” The event was organized by the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department in coordination with Hung Yen Provincial Police, with the presence of leaders from the Ministry of Public Security, provincial authorities, and a large number of local residents.
