On the morning of December 25, 2025, at the Hanoi Youth Center, The Steering Committee for Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Hanoi Party Committee convened a conference to review one year of implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, issued by the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, while also annoucing the Hanoi Innovation Center.
