The P4G Summit took place from April 16 to April 17, 2025, in Hanoi, with the participation of over 1,000 delegates from more than 40 countries and international organizations. Vietnam hosted the fourth P4G Summit with the aim of contributing to global efforts in promoting green growth and sustainable development; attracting and leveraging international resources for green transition, digital transformation, science and technology, and innovation, in order to fulfill national development goals in the era of Vietnam’s rising stature.
The event had the honor of welcoming representatives from various nations. From the Vietnamese side, notable attendees included Mr. Tô Lâm – General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Mr. Phạm Minh Chính – Member of the Politburo and Prime Minister; Mr. Lê Hoài Trung – Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chief of the Party Central Office; Mr. Trần Lưu Quang – Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy; and Mr. Bùi Thanh Sơn – Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Foreign Affairs… Distinguished international guests included Mr. Sonexay Siphandone – Prime Minister of Laos, Mr. Abiy Ahmed Ali – Prime Minister of Ethiopia, and Ms. Amina J. Mohammed – Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, among other prominent figures.
